Yeep Book Three

On a mission to discover the strange happenings at the other side of the island, Dean, the official protector of the yeeps, fell through a sinkhole and was swept down an underground river. Dean’s river ride left him trapped deep beneath the earth's surface. Dean struggles to survive in the complete darkness of the caverns, and is rescued by a long-lost tribe of yeep. Yeep are tiny sentient beings, less than a foot tall. A tsunami-birthing rockslide, close to the island, causes earthquakes of sufficient magnitude to change the course of the underground river system. Dean finds himself again the savior of yeep as he leads the lost tribe away from their quickly flooding underground home.

Yip, the queen of the yeep, never gave up in her pursuit to find the missing Dean. She has ordered complete support for the search and rescue efforts. These efforts, along with the underground water supply drying up, increase the tensions between the yagwals and the humans. The interference of a man named Tierley, is the spark that causes an all out war with the Yagwals.

Nature strikes again, this time in the form of a golden eagle. Sdar, the yeepoo of the king of the yeep, is snatched from her playtime and ends up hundreds of feet above the ground in an eagle’s nest. While attempts are being made to rescue her, the yagwal launch a devastating attack on the humans and yeeps at the compound built on the panhandle of the island. With human tools provided by Tierley, the yagwal start massive fires that rage across the panhandle of the island. Will this war be the final yeep and yagwall battle?
